
Mentorship (or how to enjoy life after a challenging childhood)
The mentorship program came out of repeated requests for support and guidance on feeling good sober in everyday life and growing in art and work.
Online sessions are especially helpful if you are working on:
- managing your inner voice
- developing skills in a chosen field
- thinking creatively
- creating cool things
- finding energy
- building healthy relationships
- learning self-love
- clarifying beliefs and values
- healing from a difficult past
- expressing yourself through personal style
Duration: 1,5 hour

Experience:
Having spent my youth in a small town in Siberia, I went through a range of difficult experiences and had to raise myself again, adopting new beliefs about who I am and how I relate to life. I’ve spent many years in personal therapy, studying scientific literature, and working through spiritual growth programs (including a 12-step program), totaling over 240 hours of guided practice. Through this process, I’ve learned to embrace adulthood and to love life.
The sessions aim to help you feel at peace with yourself and your life as it is.
